I love the convenient of taking these. I have always disliked taking tablets and some are just too big, it feels like they get stuck in the throat, so these are a dream for me. Quick and easy when you are in a rush or have no water around. the tins are small and easily portable. Tastes great. I am currently taking Vitamin D, skin and hair and the multi vitamin.
I’m always on the move, and remembering vitamins is usually a hassle. These make it so easy. I just keep a few in my coat or bag and I’m set for the day. Absolutely love this mechanism.
